Bangla or Bengali is the language spoken in Bangladesh. As its name implies, this free program is an English-Bangla, Bangla-English dictionary. It has three different features: English to Bangla, Bangla to English, and Bangla to Bangla. The last feature shows definitions of each word using two different built-in dictionaries.
The program is really easy to use. You only need to select the word from the list that appears on the left panel. Its translation will appear on the right panel. In the case of the Bangla to Bangla function, when you select a word from the list, its definition will appear. You can switch the Bangla dictionaries by selecting the one you want to use by clicking on the corresponding options at the bottom of the interface.
The program is really simple, and its interface is sober and intuitive. Its main disadvantage is that Bangla is a very local language, so it has a very specialized use. Nevertheless, if you are interested in learning the language or need to translate several words to and from that language, then this program may be useful for you.
